Ricky Joe Vella: Music and Videos

This was Mike and I's first night recording for FLOAT and we kicked off by getting comfortable in the studio. Mike was trying out an old Gibson LG-2 and we started jammin out a 12 bar blues in E. Todd was recording just to get a sound check. I dug up some lyrics I had in the back of my head from an old song that I'd written (but never really liked). As usual I forgot them part way through but, hey, we still think it ended up pretty good.

Woke up this morning and my baby was gone.
